The Wall and cooking class
A view of the wall from Aida refugee camp. The image was taken after attending to a Palestinian cooking class hosted by a Palestinian family.
We made
Yahinir Sabaneh (spinach stew with chickpeas and rice)
2kg fresh spinach
½ garlic head
½ kg (raw) chickpeas
1kg rice
100g vermicelli (very thin wheat pasta)
1tsp turmeric
salt, black pepper and olive oil
